Jose Rodriguez, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
I am both a Arizona & California state board licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.
My journey in the hearing industry started several years ago with the Starkey Foundation traveling internationally as an Education & Training Liaison and Consultant for Third World countries namely in North, South and Latin America, Africa, Indonesia and India. Doing work on missions and helping to set up education and training protocols gave me a great experience in Starkey’s visionary work “So the World May Hear”. I was there for Starkey’s 63rd country, Bolivia and today Starkey is involved in 70 Third World countries. I had the privilege of being on the Guinness World Record team in October 2018 in India when we fit 4840 patients in a single day (8 hours) with the combined efforts of Starkey teams from Africa, Middle East, Indonesia, India and the USA.
Over the past several years, I have been integrally involved with several of our offices like Laguna Woods, CA, and here in Arizona our Goodyear, Surprise, Casa Grande and Sun Lakes offices. Living in the East Valley with my family, I am committed to a better quality of life. If COVID taught us anything, it was that relationships and communications are a critical part of our everyday lives. I am honored to be serving the Casa Grande community and raising the quality of lives thru better hearing.
Our philosophy is if you’re not comfortable with how your devices feel or comfortable with your hearing, we want a phone call.
I look forward to changing and saving hearing lives every day!
Alec Brotherton, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Hello, my name is Alec Brotherton and I am currently a HIS Trainee at Good Sound Audiology. I’m originally from a small town in California called Wallace and moved to Mesa, Arizona in 2020. I also started working at Good Sound Audiology in 2020. My journey working in the hearing industry began back in 2015. I was drawn to the profession so I could help give the gift of hearing like my father and grandfather before me.
What I love most about saving hearing lives is the fact that we are bringing friends and families back together. I always strive to give a 110% in my everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives I love hobbies such as playing golf and hanging with friends and family. I’m also an avid plant enthusiast, some may even say I have a green thumb.
Travis Moore, PSC

He began working in the hearing industry at Good Sound Audiology in 2021 as a Patient Service Coordinator and is working towards becoming a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
What Travis loves most about saving hearing lives is helping patients feel less isolated in the world due to their hearing loss and bringing patients closer to their families. Travis strives to create an environment where patients feel heard, and that their hearing problems are addressed along their hearing healthcare journey.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Travis is an avid San Francisco Giants and 49ers fan and enjoys watching games at Chase Field as often as he can. He also loves to go on hikes and explore new areas of the city with his friends.
